Navigator - Wichita, KS - Part Time

The Navigator Program is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Peer Guides to support incoming students in Flight Planning classes for Fall 2026.

Compensation: $400 stipend

Position Responsibilities: Peer Guides play an important role in helping new students transition to university life. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a resource for incoming freshmen on social, personal, and academic issues.
  • Leading discussions and activities during Flight Planning classes.
  • Helping new students and their families become familiar with university policies, procedures, campus resources, and student activities.
  • Supporting the overall success of the Navigator Program.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualified applicants should:

  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Be responsible, reliable, creative, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Understand and support the goals and philosophy of the Navigator Program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
