Student - School of Education Office Assistant
General Description:
The School of Education Office Assistant will assist Education faculty and staff with a variety of
tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and organizing tasks
- Assist with copying, sorting, and shredding materials
- Assist with converting paper files to electronic files
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the Hufford Resource Lab
- Run various errands across campus
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be a current Newman University student enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours)
- Willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with faculty and staff
- Punctual
Number of hours per week: approximately 10
Hours: Varies, during office hours M - F, 8am - 5pm
Number of positions available: 1
Rate of Pay: $8.25 per hour
